Мне привезли,вот такие водоросли, на их основе варю бульон. Отламываем немного и варим в воде минут 15. Водоросли разбухают, их достаем и режем. В бульон добавляю немного пасты для «Том яма» и солю хорошо. Собираем супчик: рамен заливаем горячим бульоном, кладем сверху жеребятину, огурец, яйцо, водоросли, лук, доливаю еще немного бульона и потом добавляю зелень.
