По информации Le Monde, техника, которую Париж обязуется доставить в Киев, изначально предназначалась для Дании в рамках размещенного в 2017 году заказа на 15 единиц, дополненного еще 4 орудиями в 2019 году. Поставка может касаться от 6 до 12 гаубиц из 15, запрошенных Киевом.
На данном этапе Копенгаген согласился бы отказаться от части оборудования, поскольку оно все еще находится в процессе технической проверки или даже не все соответствует спецификациям, первоначально установленным датчанами. На Украине же довольны эффективностью Caesar, и готовы и использовать их.
Ранее Расмуссен раскритиковал политику Макрона в отношении Украины.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
