Чтобы приобрести новое авто сахалинцам и курильчанам достаточно копить пять лет, а на подержанную машину, островитянам придется откладывать деньги около трех лет.
Статистические данные свидетельствуют об адекватном уровне доходов жителей региона, но и указывает на то, что автомобили продолжают быть предметом роскоши, а не первой необходимости, и остаются товаром недоступным для основной массы населения.
