Поводами для многочисленных возмущений стандартно служат вонь от канализации, выбросы промышленности, удушающий газ, затянутый по вентиляции в квартиры, мусор, сжигаемый предприятиями под окнами жилых домов и многое другое. Росприроднадзор постоянно фиксирует нарушения, но никакие меры власти региона до сих пор не приняли. По мнению жителей Рязанской области, разобраться с проблемой сможет только президент РФ Владимир Путин.
Интересно, когда Павел Малков собирается подступиться к теме выбросов? Ждёт, пока народ задохнётся? Или он, как обычно, следует примеру экс-губернатора Николая Любимова, который заявлял, что на региональном уровне проблему решить невозможно? Кстати, отличное оправдание лени.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation.
