О необходимости ограничений для большегрузов во время весенней просушки дорог высказался председатель комитета по дорожному хозяйству Ленинградской области Денис Седов:
"У нас почти 90% региональных дорог требуют капитального ремонта - дорожная сеть в Ленобласти формировалась в 50-ые году прошлого года. И без просушки мы не сохраним дороги - большегрузы в весенний период просто продавливают дороги, разрушают дорожные одежды. И там, где водители плюют на дороги, на Ленинградскую область, на наших жителей и в момент просушки ездят по дорогам, возят грунты - дороги разрушаются моментально. А через год эти демоны снова вылезают! Ответственные же водители стараются соблюдать ограничения, поделить груз. Надо помнить, что мы сами делаем те дороги, что получаем"
