Протяженность обновленного участка составляет 13,3 км. Работы велись два года. Завершить капитальный ремонт планировалось осенью 2025 года. С учетом пожеланий местных жителей и водителей подрядчик и заказчик выполнили работы досрочно.
На участке через деревню Сорочкино построены пешеходные тротуары общей площадью более 6 тыс. кв. м, установлены новые автопавильоны и смонтировано искусственное освещение. На трассе также установили 222 дорожных знака, светофоры на пешеходных переходах, нанесено более 12,5 тыс. кв. м разметки, включая шумовую.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news.
