В Казахстане ввели требования к знанию государственного языка для получения гражданства
Министр науки и высшего образования РК подписал приказ, который устанавливает минимальные требования к знанию государственного языка, основ Конституции и истории страны для людей, желающих получить или восстановить гражданство РК.
Согласно документу, для успешного прохождения тестирования кандидаты должны набрать не менее 36 баллов по казахскому языку на элементарном уровне, девять баллов по основам Конституции и 15 баллов по истории Казахстана. Эти критерии станут обязательными при процедуре получения гражданства.
Контролировать исполнение приказа будет курирующий вице-министр науки и высшего образования.

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
