Однако певец жив, и местные власти в Новомосковске заявили, что не имеют отношения к установке мемориала. Кто инициировал создание и установку этой таблички — остаётся загадкой.
Возможно, табличку установили те, кто недавно сделал похожую доску Павлу Дурову…
