Инцидент произошел 30 декабря в Барнауле. По мнению правоохранителей, таким образом он подверг опасности жизнь и здоровье подростков, сообщает официальный представитель МВД Ирина Волк.
По данным местных СМИ, мальчики, находившиеся в тюбингах, получили телесные повреждения в результатах такого опасного развлечения.
Полиция уже нашла правонарушителя, его привлекли к ответственности.
