پایه‌گذار ادبیات نوین تاجیک،
از بزرگ‌ترین نویسندگان و ادیبان زبان فارسی تاجیکی و نخستین رئیس آکادمی علوم تاجیکستان (۱۹۵۱ تا ۱۹۵۴ میلادی) و فعال سیاسی و فرهنگی بود و از قهرمانان ملی تاجیکستان شمرده می‌شود.

او از نخستین سرایندگان شعر نو فارسی است.
برخی تاجیکها می‌گویند ۵ سال پیش از آنکه نیما در ۱۳۰۱ «افسانه» را بسراید عینی در همان وزن «مارش حریت» را سروده.
جای بحث در این زمینه بسیار است.
در فرصتی به آن می‌پردازم.

عینی گفته است مارش حریت را با تأثیر از سرود ملی فرانسه
La Marseillaise
که آن هم حماسی‌ست سروده.

Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
