По информации SHOT, члены террористической организации «Вилаят Хорасан» (ИГИЛ) находились в квартире на улице Перерва, где вели подготовку к теракту. Они планировали подорвать автомобиль с двумя газовыми баллонами возле участка.
В результате двое террористов были ликвидированы, когда пытались оказать сопротивление силовикам.
