В Госдуме предложили увеличить штрафы за антисанитарию в квартирах.
С таким предложением выступил зампред комитета Госдумы по строительству и ЖКХ Сергей Колунов, сообщает РИА Новости. По его мнению, нужно рассмотреть возможность возвращения в законодательство нормы о вынужденном изъятии подобного жилья.
Колунов отметил, что встречаются случаи, когда владельцы квартир используют их как «свалку». Колунов предложил также расширить список нарушений, подпадающих под антисанитарию, с целью привлечения к ответственности. По его мнению, это поможет повысить сознательность собственников и заставит их уважать интересы окружающих.

Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
