По одной из версий, у трамвая 22 маршрута отказали тормоза, но окончательные выводы должны сделать эксперты. Прокуратура начала проверку инцидента.

"A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
