Добавить в бульон редьку, соевый соус, мелко нарезанный чеснок, острый перец (по желанию), соль. 5. Вернуть мясо в бульон и добавить нарезанный лук-порей. Убрать пенку. 6. После того, как закипит, уменьшить огонь и варить 3 минуты.
