1. Довести до кипения 200 мл воды с каркаде, процедить, добавить сахар и лимонный сок, довести до кипения и проварить 10 минут на среднем огне. 2. Смешать оставшуюся воду с крахмалом, хорошо перемешать и влить в горячий каркаде, довести все до кипения. 3. На среднем огне постоянно помешивая проварить около 20 минут, снять с огня, добавить дробленые орехи, перемешать. 4. Переложить в форму и оставить при комнатной температуре на 12 часов. 5. Вынуть из формы, нарезать на кубики и обвалять в смеси крахмала и сахарной пудры.
