Правительство России постановило увеличить с 20% до 30% первоначальный взнос по льготной ипотеке, которая выдается по ставке 8% годовых на покупку жилья в новостройках, строительство частного дома или приобретение земельного участка. Как сообщил Минфин, мера принята для «повышения качества кредитов».
Максимальный размер льготного ипотечного кредита для всех регионов, включая столицу, теперь составляет 6 млн руб. Прежде в Москве, Санкт-Петербурге, Московской и Ленинградской областях действовал лимит до 12 млн рублей.
