Глава Пскова Борис Елкин вручил медаль «50 лет совместной жизни» 25 парам. На мероприятии для семейных пар выступил дуэт баянистов детской музыкальной школы №4 с произведениями Джорджа Ширинга «Колыбельная страны птиц» и Михаила Товпеко «Бравые солдаты», а также другие артисты.
