🇺🇸 Пентагон приступил к реформированию центра специальных методов ведения войны CВ США им. Дж. Кеннеди (USAJFKSWCS, он же – центр передового опыта специальных операций).

До 2030 года на базе имеющихся учебных групп будут созданы академия иррегулярных военных действий (IW Academy), школа войск специального назначения (SF School), школа психологической войны (PSYWAR School), школа по связям с гражданской администрацией (CA School).

Примечательно, что создание школы PSYWAR начнется уже в 2025 году.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
