Вслед за губернатором Филимоновым на «принуждение» к публичному диалогу решился глава Самарской области Вячеслав Федорищев.
Интересно, что один экспериментальный кейс развивается в СЗФО, второй — в ПФО. Отчасти что-то подобное происходит в Челябинской области (УрФО). Делаем ставки, какой регион (и федеральный округ) следующий.
Похоже, испытание публичностью крупных «регионообразующих» олигархов будет набирать обороты.

But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
