استاندار تهران اعلام کرد که مدارس مقاطع مختلف تحصیلی و تمامی ادارات و بانک های تهران فردا(شنبه) تعطیل است.
محمدصادق معتمدنیا استاندار تهران عصر جمعه در حاشیه جلسه مدیریت بحران وزارت کشور اظهار کرد بر اساس گزارش هواشناسی مبنی بر کاهش قابل توجه دمای هوا، تمامی ادارات و موسسات دولتی و خصوصی، بانک ها، مدارس، دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز آموزش عالی در روز شنبه ٢٠ بهمن ١۴٠٣ تعطیل است.

The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
