А 14 февраля - знаменитый день психически больных людей, который установлен в Германии. Немцы в этот день украшают психиатрические лечебницы особым атрибутом - лентами алого цвета, шарами и плакатами.
А в церквях по этому случаю проводят особые богослужения. Так что не перепутайте даты.
