В 2021 г. республиканское министерство просвещения, науки и по делам молодежи заключило 45 госконтрактов с ООО «Недвижимость Нальчик» на покупку жилья для детей-сирот на сумму 55,3 млн рублей. Заказчик в рамках контрактов перечислил исполнителю 50 млн рублей, но по состоянию на май 2023 г. квартиры для детей так и не купили. По мнению правоохранителей, налицо хищение бюджетных средств и халатность Минпросвещения КБР к выполнению условий госконтрактов.

They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
