🤝🏻Постоянный представитель РС(Я) при Президенте РФ - Первый заместитель Председателя Правительства РС(Я) Андрей Федотов отметил важность вклада Аржакова в развитие республики и его значительное влияние на политическую жизнь страны. Также с приветственной речью выступили депутаты Государственной Думы Федот Тумусов и Петр Аммосов, глава Вилюйского улуса Сергей Винокуров зачитал доклад о жизненном пути Степана Максимовича.
