Завлабораторией Института теплофизики СО РАН профессор Олег Кабов выслушал приговор по делу о крупном мошенничестве (ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ). Ему дали 5 лет условно, хотя гособвинитель требовал посадить учёного на 7 лет.
При этом по решению суда Кабов должен будет возместить Министерству науки РФ 7,2 млн рублей, которые якобы вывел из научного проекта. Подробности здесь.

But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
