⏺️ленивые хачапури, ⏺️гранат, киви.
Ленивые хачапури на сковороде готовила так:
Кефир - 100 мл Мука - 100 гр Яйцо - 1 шт Сыр - 120 гр Масло для жарки Соль по вкусу
⏺️Немного взбить яйцо, добавить кефир, перемешать. ⏺️Постепенно вмешать муку, получается клейкое тесто. ⏺️Сыр натереть на крупной терке, добавить к тесту. ⏺️Соль добавить по вкусу. ⏺️Сковороду разогреть, смазать маслом (лучше сливочным или топленым), вылить тесто, равномерно распределить, жарить с обеих сторон по 3-4 минуты.
Рекомендую готовить сразу 2 порции, одной явно мало 🙃 Я брала сыр моцарелла, он хорошо плавится и не соленый, можно использовать другой.
