От закрытия хостелов к закрытию границ

На связи жители многострадального дома по адресу:
Москва, 1ый Институтский проезд, 4/2, ЮВАО, МО Рязанский.
На видео хорошо видно, какими становятся дворы, когда дом оккупирует общага с мигрантами.
Видео сделано жителями дома для мастера участка Жилищника.
Мастер участка говорит, что дворники убирают 2 разв в день(это правда-адрес на контроле мастера из-за общаги), но постояльцы постоянно бросают мусор и дворник не справляется.
Жители жалуются, что по ковру из мусора, оставленного мигрантами, они с детьми ходить не хотят.
Но органам местной власти и властям Москвы по барабану.
Ответ один-мы выезжали, нарушений не обнаружили.

Про ночные драки, вопли и шум -говорить не будем -история стандартная для всех хостелов в МКД, которые ~~наша~~ Гос Дума приравняла к детским учреждениям.
