Причем на некоторых видео хорошо видно, что машины заезжали по пешеходной зоне со стороны парковки ТРЦ "Европа".
В связи с этим, на въезде со стороны ТЦ, где много лет стоит забор с широким проездом, появилась металлическая балка. Ее приварили к существующим конструкциям на уровне выше человеческого роста: так, чтобы не мешать пешеходам, но при этом преграждать путь грузовым машинам и тракторам.
