➡️Установлено, что заявительница относится к категории дети-сироты и дети, оставшиеся без попечения родителей, и состоит на жилищном учете в качестве нуждающейся в жилом помещении. Органами местного самоуправления жилье ей не предоставлено. По состоянию здоровья она не могла самостоятельно обратиться в суд.
❗️В защиту ее прав прокуратура района обратилась в суд с требованием возложить на муниципалитет обязанность обеспечить заявительницу жилым помещением.
⚖️ Суд удовлетворил исковые требования прокурора.
✅Благодаря вмешательству надзорного ведомства девушка получила квартиру.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue.
