Абсолютно проходной проект ЦЛП для Фрунзенской, 30. Интеко по ходу не избаловало архитекторов креативным ТЗ, поэтому получите распишитесь в безвкусном де-люксе. Впрочем и такой сарай Интеко без проблем продаст по 2-3 млн. рублей за метр. Локейшен решает.
