Оба проекта показывают, что иногда у региональных девелоперов сносит крышу и они за любые деньги пытаются зайти в Москву. Сделать лютый оверпрайс и ждать чуда, что стрельнет, найдется "отложенный спрос" и тд. Но как видим, что бывает когда пушка заряжена - не стреляет.
