Напомним, что изначально там должны были быть офисы. Потом офисы перекинули в жилье, а теперь даже из проекта исключили снос здания бывшей конторы комплекса автобазы Наркомтяжпрома, которая выходит прямо на Садовое кольцо. Вероятно, кому-то нравится этот объект советского авангарда.

Шлюзовая и Энгельса должны выйти в 2023 году, хотя срок не очень реалистичный, так как слишком низкая стадия получения ИРД. Посмотрим, вдруг Галсы решили в мастер-девелоперы записаться и удивить рынок оперативно согласованными бумажками. Так же есть слух, что Галс ищет покупателей на ряд проектов - ещё один важный элемент мастер-девелоперства.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
