В этой же локации ЗУ "Касаткина, 3А" от BMS, потенциальная площадка для застройки "Касаткина, 3", на низком старте проект MR "проспект Мира, 186А". Ещё кто-то "Касаткина, 13" должен по итогу застроить, там ещё 10 лет назад девелопмент Мортон хотел устроить.
