Слухи распускают даже продажники Тушино 2018: "прямым текстом нам сказал, что Пик действительно не будет строить весь Holland Park и что масштабный рендер у них на сайте, состоящий их 30-40 корпусов в две линии возле реки, это вообще можно сказать наёбка. Мол Пику наверное разрешат построить еще пару корпусов на второй линии, но всю первую линию (ближе к реке) будет реализовывать другой застройщик и там будет совсем не то, что Пик нарисовал на своих картинках. И типа у них (у продажников Тушино 2018) есть даже внутренний разъяснительный документ по этому поводу."
Владелец ЗУ очень тяжелый партнер и любому фи девелоперу общаться с ним крайне сложно. Удивительно, что ПИК не сдюжил сложностей общения и реализует только несколько урбан-блоков, отдав лакомую набережную.
