До этого одна уважаемая газетенка писала о покупке 1,3 га, но по факту это два участка разных собственников «вершки и корешки»: лакомый кусочек с выходом на Погодинскую (дом 24 стр. 1 и 2) забрал Vesper, а вот «корешки» — участок 0,9 га во дворе зажатый со всех сторон (Погодинская вл. 22 стр 3 и Новодевичий проезд вл. 6) теперь непонятно кому будет интересен. Местные активисты будут счастливы — бесценные трущобы бывших общежитий «Красной розы» останутся не тронутыми.
