✏️В чашу блендера кладем пекинскую капусту и тофу. Перемалываем. ✏️Перекладываем массу в сито и даем стечь лишней жидкости. На это уйдут минут 15. ✏️Берем 2 листа нори. Накладываем друг на друга. Получившейся массой намазываем листы, оставляя пару сантиметров с одного края. С другого края выкладываем тонкие брусочки огурца и авокадо. Плотно скручиваем. Край смазываем водой и приклеиваем. ✏️Нарезаем очень острым ножом. Подаем с соевым соусом. Ангела за трапезой!😇

In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
