В Анапе неизвестные избили Ростислава Щербакова, который является доверенным лицом кандидата КПРФ в депутаты Государственной Думы VIII созыва Дмитрия Коломийца. Нападение произошло после того, как Щербаков сдал жалобы в УИК о препятствиях наблюдателям КПРФ в осуществлении наблюдения за выборами.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
