В другой стороне президент отказался уходить в отставку, не признав поражение на выборах.
В третьей стране президент, чтобы не допустить импичмента, объявил военное положение, распустил парламент, взял контроль над СМИ.
И это не автократические КНДР и РФ. Это Украина, Грузия и Южная Корея, противостоящие автократиям. Демократические режимы, все больше сами превращаются в диктатуры. Очевидно, что сейчас мы как никогда видим кризис демократии и вероятно он будет серьезнее.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
