Главное управление разведки Минобороны Украины заявило, что состоялся самый масштабный обмен пленными с Россией, в результате которого на родину вернулись 144 украинца.
Из них - 95 с«Азовстали», включая 43 военнослужащих полка «Азов» (организация, атрибутика которой запрещена в России).
На Украину вернулись:
59 бойцов Национальной гвардии;
30 военных моряков;
28 военных ВСУ;
17 пограничников;
9 бойцов теробороны;
1 полицейский.
Среди них 23 офицера и 69 военнослужащих сержантского и старшинского состава. Самому старшему из освобожденных исполнилось 65 лет, самому младшему – 19.
Большинство освобожденных украинцев имеют огнестрельные и осколочные ранения, взрывные травмы, ожоги, переломы, ампутации конечностей.
Москва официально пока не комментировала факт обмена пленными.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
