Минимущества Пермского края вышло в Арбитражный суд с иском к ООО «Пермская концессионная компания» (ООО ПКК). Причиной обращения стала просроченная арендная плата за землю, сообщает «Коммерсант-Прикамье», ссылаясь на пресс-службу министерства.
В картотеке суда заявление появилось 25 декабря. На данный момент к производству оно не принято. В планах министерства потребовать просроченную выплату по арендованным участкам через суд.
