Следственный комитет России сообщил об убийстве 22 мирных жителей в курском селе Русское Поречное военнослужащими ВСУ. Военнослужащий 92-й отдельной штурмовой бригады Евгений Фабрисенко, задержанный в Суджанском районе, признал вину и дал показания.
С 28 сентября по 24 ноября 2024 года Фабрисенко и его соучастники убили 11 мужчин и 3 женщин, а также совершили насильственные действия против 8 женщин, которых затем убили. Тела жертв были обнаружены и направлены на экспертизу.
Пресс-секретарь президента России Дмитрий Песков подчеркнул необходимость привлечения внимания к данным убийствам, несмотря на равнодушие международной общественности.

That hurt tech stocks. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
