Соответствующий законопроект внесли в Госдуму депутаты ЛДПР, предложив поправки в Трудовой кодекс. По их словам, работодатели часто отказывают молодым женщинам, опасаясь их возможного ухода в декрет и связанных с этим выплат.
Проект также предусматривает запрет на отзыв женщин из отпуска по уходу за ребенком до трех лет и возможность перевода матерей детей до трех лет на другую работу с сохранением среднего заработка — сейчас такая гарантия предоставляется только до полутора лет ребенка.
