Тогда их не называли "коктейлями Сазонова" или "Горемыкиными", а попросту "бутылками-зажигателями" или "зажигателями". Когда поняли, что аэропланы могут не только наблюдать и вести разведку, но и более деятельно принимать участие в боевых действиях, начались активные эксперименты по созданию различных боеприпасов для метания всякого сверху.

Одним из них и стали бутылки с горючей смесью. На втором фото такой "зажигатель" крупным планом. Сделан он "на базе" бутылок "казенки" - водки государственного производства. 1 водочная (пивная) бутылка была равна тогда 1/20 ведра или 0,615 литра. Ваше здоровье!

Saturday and Sunday could easily bring unfortunate news on the war front—and traders would rather be able to sell any recent winnings at Friday’s earlier prices than wait for a potentially lower price at Monday’s open. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war.
