С 1 января 2026 года единовременную выплату на улучшение жилищных условий размером 720 тыс. рублей смогут получить семьи, в которых с 1 января 2025 года по конец 2026 года родился второй ребенок.
Выплату можно получить дополнительно к региональному маткапиталу в случае направления средств
▶️на первоначальный взнос, ▶️на погашение основного долга или процентов
по ипотечному кредиту, заключенному до 1 июля 2027 года.
Таким образом, вместе с суммой регионального маткапитала (280 тыс. рублей) семья сможет получить 1 млн рублей.
