Сервис доставки еды “ЕдуЕм” привлек 11 млн рублей от “Аик Инвест”. Об этом “Русскому Венчуру” сообщили в фонде.
“ЕдуЕм” в 2019 году запустил Владимир Сердюков. Это сервис доставки еды для тех, кто в пути. Заказ может быть доставлен прямо к вагону поезда, также еду можно заказать с собой в самолет. Платформа работает в 120 городах и 7 аэропортах. К сервису подключены более 400 кафе и ресторанов.
Согласно данным Rusprofile, 58,5% в ООО “Едуем” принадлежит Владимиру Сердюков. У Антона Егорова еще 20%. Бизнес-ангел Руслан Байрамов, инвестировавший в компанию 12 млн рублей в 2021 году, владеет 13%. Андрею Хроленко принадлежит 5%. Кирилл Пивных - владелец 2,5%, Андрей Табуринский - 1%. Выручка юрлица за 2023 год составила 21 млн рублей, чистый убыток - 4,6 млн рублей.
“Аик инвест” был основан в 2023 году. Это инвестфонд ГК “Автомакон”. Также у фонда есть доли в образовательных проектах “Экзамио”, “Логопотам” и др.
