За обсуждениями новогоднего долгостроя на центральной площади Владивостока мы стали забывать о другом долгострое - парке Минного городка. Вот что обещал в одном из интервью бывший директор Дирекции Салават Галиев:
"Минный будет "бомбой" для всей России. Можно, наверное, справиться за год и встретить новый, 2022 год, на озерах в парке Минного городка".
Прошло полтора года. "Бомбист" Галиев сейчас строит новый город Спутник и вряд ли будет встречать Новый год "на озерах". Как и его бывший патрон Азат Ислаев, обещавший превратить Минный в аналог Central Park в Нью-Йорке.
Возможно, именно поэтому в парке Минного городка работы идут еще медленнее, чем на площади. Ведь у новой казанской креативной команды по развитию общественных пространств быстро получается делать только презентации, концепции и закупки у единственного поставщика.
P.S. Впрочем, реновация общественных пространств - это не уборка снега в городе. И за срыв сроков вряд ли кого-то уволят.
