Поправки в КоАП РФ вводят административную ответственность для лиц, распространяющих в Сети треш-стримы. Размер штрафа для граждан составит от 200 до 600 тысяч рублей, для должностных лиц – от 300 до 700 тысяч. Также предусматривается конфискация оборудования, позволяющего проводить подобные стримы.
В случае принятия закона суд сможет накладывать запрет на ведение деятельности, в том числе пользование интернетом.
