На сайте государственных закупок содержится информация, что одна кредитная линия будет открыта с пределом в 300 миллионов рублей (30,4 миллиона в качестве процентов), ещё две — с лимитом в 500 миллионов рублей (50,7 миллиона в качестве процентов за каждую).
Каждая из кредитных линий открывается на один год. Мэрия Южно-Сахалинска не первый раз берет кредит.
В сентябре администрация объявила аукцион на кредит в 1,3 миллиарда рублей, в октябре — на кредит в 1,5 миллиарда рублей.
По данным департамента финансов, на 1 ноября долг города составляет 4,6 миллиарда рублей.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
