В Саратовской области возбуждено уголовное дело из-за слива нечистот из ЖК «Изумрудный», это поселок Юбилейный Волжского района Саратова, загрязняющих природоохранную зону и реку Гуселка по ч. 1 ст. 254 УК РФ (порча земли).
Случилось это после того, как прокуратура города Саратова провела проверку исполнения природоохранного законодательства.
Как сообщается на сайте регионального надзорного ведомства, «Установлено, что в связи с ненадлежащей эксплуатацией канализационной насосной станции в поселке Юбилейный в областном центре осуществлялся сброс неочищенных (сточных) вод на рельеф местности с дальнейшим стеканием в реку Гуселка. Ущерб почве, как объекту окружающей среды, превысил 8 млн рублей».
Напомним, что о загрязнении реки Гуселка местные жители и общественники рассказывают без малого 10 лет.
