Ким Ён Бок координирует действия северокорейских подразделений с российскими войсками и организует их обучение современным методам ведения боевых действий, включая артиллерийскую стрельбу, зачистку траншей и управление дронами. Полученный опыт поможет КНДР обновить военную тактику.
