Возможно, он хотел выразить другую мысль, но мы получили, на мой взгляд, чёткую логику принятия решения: мы обсуждаем узким кругом, мнение граждан в таких вопросах не учитывается. Ведь они нас избрали для принятия решений.
Хочу напомнить, что представительная демократия — это мандат на принятие решений, отражающие интересы граждан, которые избрали депутата. Отвечает ли повышение госпошлин и формирование своеобразного имущественного ценза при обращении в суд — вопрос риторический.
